This is my first year teaching Latin at HCCA, but it feels like coming home since I grew up here in Warner Robins. I bring to the position 16 years of experience teaching in public and private high schools in the metro-Atlanta area, and over seven years of experience teaching at the college level, including Iowa State, Virginia Wesleyan, University of Toronto, and Kennesaw State University. My passion is learning about the Greeks and Romans through their languages and literatures and bearing witness to the profound influence they have had on nearly every aspect of our modern lives. My goal is to enrich the lives of my students by sharing with them my knowledge and interest in all things ancient.
