The program emphasizes a combination of air conditioning theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. This includes hands-on experience with working equipment.
Program graduates have the qualification of an Air Conditioning Technician.
Students in the Air Conditioning Technology pathway are dually enrolled with Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and have an opportunity to earn two Technical Certificates of Credit in:
Air Conditioning Technician Assistant (AZ31)
Air Conditioning Electrical Technician (ACK1)
Year 1 - 12 college credits
Year 2 - 12 college credits
